International Return Instructions
Please keep all the original packaging, and repack your products in it carefully.
Please include your name, order number, and a brief reason for return.
Return your products via regular Post Office to the following address. UPS or FEDEX or DHL will not deliver to the P.O. Box.

We ship internationally via FEDEX International Economy and USPS Global Priority. Tracking, insurance and guarantee of delivery is provided with FEDEX. There is no tracking, insurance or guarantee of delivery with USPS Global Priority, however, we very rarely have any delivery issues with them.

| Voltage Requirements |

Currently the LightWave CS is currently available only in 120 volts. You will need a voltage adapter for use with a 220 volt system.
Our Lifetime Warranty is not valid when the product is used outside of the country, however, if you happen to blow up your light outside of the US, we will extend a discount on product and shipping to replace it. Contact us for details. |
