Notes for International Visitors

International Shipping

  1. We do ship internationally.
  2. To find out what shipping is going to cost, simply add your products to the cart and fill in your shipping address. The page will refresh and show your shipping options and costs.
  3. Current shipping options include USPS Priority International and DHL. USPS always takes longer than DHL, and packages are sometimes held in customs longer than 2 weeks. We regret but have no control over any customs delays.
  4. Your package will be tracked and insured via DHL only.

Duties and Taxes

  1. We will not falsify customs paperwork. (example: marking item as a "gift" or "sample" to save on duties & taxes.)
  2. Shipping charges on this website do not include any duties or taxes your country may impose.
  3. We can not estimate duties and taxes for you.
  4. You are responsible to pay all duties and taxes when your package arrives.

Voltage Requirements

  1. Lights are available in 120 and 220 volts. Please be careful to choose the right voltage for your country, because our warranty does not cover blown bulbs due to voltage differences.
  2. If you don't know what voltage to choose, you may consult this map or this list (scroll down for list). If you need help with this, just send and email and let us know where you live, and we'll be glad to recommend the right product.

Lifetime Warranty

  1. Lifetime Warranty does not cover bulbs blown due to voltage problems.
  2. You must return the defective bulb at your cost.
  3. If the bulb does not show any physical damage, we will replace it free of charge, including the cost of shipping. (via USPS International Priority.)

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. You may return the product to us within 90 days (three months) if you are unsatisfied for any reason.
  2. Your full product purchase price will be refunded to the same card you used to purchase.
  3. International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Please keep all the original packaging, and repack your products in it carefully.
